purpose of this position:
the role holder takes responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the technical work streams within the overall project produces the required results to the required scope, milestones, quality and budget. these work streams include but are not limited to device certification, carrier logistics, site readiness, background checks and other dependencies for carrier and implementation resources, process guides, configuration guides, clone files, documented procedures, and governance workflow.'ll do:
a) manage the delivery and installation of equipment and services as part of the overall project to the required scope, milestones, quality and budget.
b) ensure that all members of the team understand the order to install objectives by having a robust startup process in line with accepted industry practice (e.g pmi or prince 2).
c) ensure appropriate sign off and acceptance of the project deliverables.
d) ongoing planning and coordination of resource requirements to complete the project on time and to budget.
e) contribute to all project management deliverables (e.g. risk log, project plan, project documentation) are maintained and quality assured regularly by identified stakeholders.
f) manage project risks with the team and client.
g) produce management information to show and communicate progress in project tasks/milestones as well as finances.
h) ensure that workstream timescales and costs are understood and accepted by all relevant stakeholders.
i) ensure regular reviews take place and that effective and rigorous change control mechanisms are used and scope changes are escalated and resolved appropriately.:
a) years of extensive work experience and bachelor degree.
b) relevant professional qualifications (e.g. pmi or prince 2 and itil)
c) excellent communication skill in english.
d) experience in successfully delivering managed print service projects to required scope, quality, timescale ;and budget.
e) experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced contract environment.
