Technology Command Center (TCC) Manager is responsible to ensure continuous operations (24/7) of West Coast Technology Command Center by monitoring west coast sites´systems and applications (Mexicali, Long Beach, Lincoln and Las Vegas), by recognizing and stop problems that may occur in networks, storage, switchers, routers and secure all aircraft data . Ensure on time implementation of BTC West Technology Command Center. Hire and Manage TCC Team of Network Analyst, Incident Analyst and Tools Engineers. Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for TCC projects. Implement corporate polices and define strategies of TCC. Responsible for ensure security of aircraft and operations data design, build and support on the West Coast TCC. Provide risk assessment related to TCC operations. Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to design and implement secure solutions to meet customer needs while protecting the corporation's assets. Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.
Experiencia y requisitos
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively experience within information technology in a global scale company. At least 3 years in a leadership position. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related experience. Masters degree in relevant field (is a plus). Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry. Experience implementing solutions in a global scale company. Ability to travel (US Visa).
