Experiencia y requisitos
Possess Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronics Engineering (Majoring in Telecommunication preferred). Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment. Participation in OnCall support after hours and during the weekends on a rotational-basis. Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution. IT Area (Servers, Storage, Cloud Computing) At least 1 years of experience in Database, Server, Storage or related products Experience with EMC, HP, DELL, IBM or other related company will be preferred. Competence to self study should be very good and glad to improving it. Know basic idea of cloud calculation or call central solution Know Linux, Windows Server, Unix or other operative system. Know Sybase, DB2, Oracle or other database technology Know Sun, HP,IBM server or other server. UC&C (IP Phone, PBX, Contact Center Solutions, Video presence) Knowledge required: Linux, databases, VoIP, SIP protocol. Be familiar with commands on Linux. At least one year related working experience in ICT industry. Troubleshooting skills in Enterprise level products (PBX,IAD,IPPHONE,Linux,database)
