define the scope of the project in collaboration with clients and production. create a detailed work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. coordinate with other departments (sales, operations, production, engineering, etc.) required to complete the project. review the project schedule with clients, production, and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, and revise the schedule as required. be the primary interface between the client and the production facilities.
experiencia y requisitos
- minimum 3- 5 years of customer service. - advanced proficiency in the use of computers for: office, internet, etc. -the senior project manager should demonstrate competence in: leadership, planning & organization, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork and partnership building & decision making. must read, speak and write 100% english.
